Implementation of the OECD Convention: The Conditions for Success

The objective of the OECD Convention is to reduce or eliminate bribery as a weapon in international business transactions. How likely is it that it will achieve this objective? In order to identify the conditions for success eight other questions need to be answered if we are to define these conditions accurately. The paper address each of the eight questions in turn, with conclusory remarks on the difficulties that may accompany the implementation of the Convention.
