Restorative Justice Victim Satisfaction Survey: Research Report

The research objective is to understand victims’ experience of, and level of satisfaction with, the restorative justice process. In keeping with government priorities, particular comparisons will be made between family violence cases and non-family violence cases and the experiences of Maori and non-Maori victims.
