Placing Indigenous Justice Developments in Context: Some Dimensions for Analysis of the Experience

The purpose of this context paper is to provide an initial focus for the presentations and ensuing discussion taking place at the Indigenous Justice Workshop at the 11th Commonwealth Law Convention. This may also be of assistance in allowing justice officials in non-Indigenous environments to see how developments in Indigenous justice may be of interest in non-Indigenous settings and justice systems.
