This powerpoint presentation was delivered by our associate Alison MacPhail at the 13th United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice in Doha, Qatar. The main purpose of the presentation is to educate the audience on theways the Canadian Justistice system measures the performance of justice in each province or territory, as well as federally since the administration of justice is the responsibility of the provinces despite Criminal Law being the responsibility of the Federal government.
