Improved Response to Labour Trafficking

This note summarizes the findings of consultations and research conducted by the International Center for Criminal Law Reform and Criminal Justice Policy since 2013. It identifies the challenges typically encountered in preventing and responding to incidents of human trafficking for the purpose of labour exploitation and offers suggestions on how to improve our current response.
