Horizontal Evaluation of Canada's Cyber Security Strategy - Final Report
This evaluation was conducted in fulfillment of the requirements of the Financial Administration Act and the Treasury Board of Canada 2016 Policy on Results. The evaluation assessed the extent to which the horizontal governance structure was effective in overseeing the Strategy’s implementation; the extent to which participating departments and agencies implemented the Strategys funded activities; and the extent to which planned activities contributed to achieving the Strategy’s main objectives.
