Access to Justice / Justice Efficiency

Access to Justice BC is proposing a measurement framework to support a shared approach to monitoring and evaluating improvements in access to justice in British Columbia. The framework is inspired by a Triple Aim approach originally developed in the health sector. It is a flexible framework that can be used by justice system stakeholders in BC to align their various monitoring and evaluation efforts, and to learn from each other’s experience with access to justice innovation.
