Melissa Chan collaborates closely with the executive director, associates, and researchers at the International Society for the Reform of Criminal Law (ISRCL) and the International Centre for Criminal Law Reform and Criminal Justice Policy (ICCLR). Her role encompasses providing critical support in proposal development, program management, and strategic development. Melissa oversees all aspects of business operations, including monitoring, financial management, fundraising, communications, and database management. She played a pivotal role in the success of the ISRCL 2024 Conference in Vancouver, which was highly acclaimed. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of British Columbia and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
